We know that there are plenty of people that go to a coffee shop for a bit of peace and quiet!
But we also know that casual community conversations and the spaces to have them in have also been declining in recent years and we don’t think that can be a good thing.
That’s why our staff and volunteers are not just trained in running a waffle house, they are also trained listeners!
At Waffle, we want to encourage people to waffle to their heart’s content and we know that good listening skills are vital to making this happen. We want to give people the attention and value which we think everyone deserves.
